Narayani
Narayani’s curiosity about diversity and culture has led her on many travels over the past fourteen years across the world, where she has come to appreciate and develop a deep insight into several different philosophies and traditions.
Her practical background and training comes from many areas including Yoga, Energetic healing therapies, remedial bodywork, crystals, sacred retreats, meditation, selfless service, environmental awareness, direct experience of the Ascended Masters and motherhood.
In 2000, Narayani went on a spiritual journey to the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram where she completed her Yoga Teacher Training course. She then decided to stay as a full-time volunteer (karma yoga) and further her studies for another two years. Since then she has also practiced and personally studied Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga. Narayani has also received 5 years of direct training with a channelled Master Teacher, Red Feather. More recently with Saint Germain, she has co-created a deeply unique, energetic experience known as ‘Spiritual Fitness’ which assists in rebalancing mind, body, emotions and spirit in everyday life.
As a gifted healer, Narayani also provides energetic healing sessions using Reiki, Crystals and Sound with the use of Mantra Chanting and Toning Bowls. She has developed a deep insight and appreciation for the diversity of life and is devoted to creating unity, harmony and conscious awakening as her life experience. She currently enjoys the journey of parenting and is working closely with Saint Germain in creating flower essence remedies for those looking for extra support.

For me being a part of this organisation is like discovering the vocation in life I had been looking for since I was a teenager, and by my thirties had let go of ever finding. I feel I am exactly where I am supposed to be, what a blessing!”
After a career in the City, Lakshmi’s horizons widened when travelling to America and serving as a Karma yogi (work exchange) in a spiritual community. Further travels to India and studying Yoga opened her eyes further. Her path led to working as a Metamorphic Technique practitioner (an energy modality that focuses on catalysing the individuals life force to reach its full potential) as well as studying art and supporting friends & family in their businesses in different ways.
After experiencing channelling through Ashamarae and ‘meeting’ Saint Germain, the opportunity came to dedicate her self in service through Awakening From Within. Lakshmi is involved in the organisation and administration of the service of Awakening From Within, as well as being a supporting voice at events. She has a particular interest in the vision of humanity living in community, in harmony and caring for Mother Earth.

A Vision Quest is similar to a rite of passage. It is an initiation into the wisdom of the ones who is guiding the journey – in our case it will be Plato, Socrates, Saint Germain and the Goddess guiding.
The ‘Alchemist’ is one who holds the ability to change the energy of anything. Through the use of various techniques, the Alchemist transmutes heavy energy into lighter energy, changing suffering into wellness, lethargy into divine enthusiasm, and removing fear to reveal Love and so much more.
The Alchemist and the Philosopher’s Stone exist within us all. The Masters assist us with the inner call to transform our lower self, so that our higher self higher may be the leading expression we offer to the world. The key here is being supported to release those aspects outwardly in a tangible way.
On this journey the Guides will support you to experience your own unique Vision Quest. You will have access to specific energies that will support your life in a magical way. We will receive very ancient tools and energies that have lain dormant for a long time. This is an amazing opportunity for us ALL. Below is a message from Saint Germain to illumine the Alchemy Training for the Initiate:
“Beloved students, I send you greetings from the ascended heart of Divine Love.
It is Saint Germain that connects with you now, and my intentions are clear: I Am with you all during the shift of the ages, and it is now time to release the tools of the Alchemist of Atlantis.
These tools and techniques that will be offered to you have been kept safe, and there are few on your planet that have received these teachings. Timing was of the essence, and your world requires these energies, these tools to be activated and you, my beloved, are being called to receive the Alchemy of Atlantis.
HEAR ME MY DAUGHTER, MY SON. This is a clarion call from my heart to yours.
In service to Mother Earth, in service to the heart of humanity, in service to the One Source,
I AM Saint Germain, Keeper of the Violet Flame”.
The Atlantian Alchemical tools that will be given to us will come to us in the moment during our initiations and ceremonies. This work is one of the main reasons we have been invited by the Guides to come to Corfu, and as with so much of the work that comes out with the Masters, information is released during the journey.
The Philosopher’s Stone. When we refer to the ‘Philosophers Stone’ it may call to mind Harry Potter or some other story. Yet is it far from any childhood story, one definition is as follows: “the philosophers’ stone (Latin: lapis philosophorum) is a legendary alchemical substance, supposedly capable of turning base metals, especially lead, into gold (chrysopoeia); it was also sometimes believed to be an elixir of life, useful for rejuvenation and possibly for achieving immortality. The Stone was the central symbol of the mystical terminology of alchemy, symbolizing perfection, enlightenment, heavenly bliss, theophany and of the Christ. The discovery of the philosopher’s stone was known as the Great Work.[1]”

Metamorphic Technique with Lakshmi
It was my transformative experience of Metamorphic Technique that drew me to this practise – I received a session and felt a major calming of the mind immediately and sense of fully letting go of thought patterns that did not serve. The next weekend I was booked on a workshop to learn Metamorphic for myself!
The Metamorphic Technique is a beautifully simple tool that enables us to move from feelings of limitation towards accessing more of our potential. In short, it helps us to help ourselves.
The practitioner uses a light touch on the feet, hands and head. This acts as a catalyst for someone to get in touch with his or her innate intelligence or ‘life force’. Once connected with ourselves in this way all that is required to align us with where we are ‘supposed to be’ happens naturally.
This a transformative technique recommended for anyone who feels the call to receive. It is particularly associated with letting go of old patterns, habits and personality traits to support the client in moving on gracefully to their next step or stage in life. Also recommended for pregnant mothers, and for parents to use with each other and their children.
